Table of contents

If you are deciding which version of Phantom Blade Zero to buy, the good news is that the choice is simple. There are two editions, and the extras are cosmetic or bonus media rather than gameplay advantages. This page summarises the editions, prices, pre-order bonuses and platforms as reported by G2A, with background from Wikipedia.

Platforms

Phantom Blade Zero is available on PlayStation 5 and PC. G2A lists Steam and the Epic Games Store for PC. There is no Xbox or Nintendo Switch version. G2A also reports that a PS5 physical edition is planned for 2027. Wikipedia covers the release and developer S-GAME in more detail. For hardware details, see our PC requirements page.

Standard Edition

  • Price: $59.99, per G2A.
  • Contents: the base game.

The Standard Edition includes the full game: every region, boss, weapon and ending. There is no gameplay content locked to a higher edition in the sources we found.

Digital Deluxe Edition

  • Price: $69.99, per G2A.
  • Contents: the base game plus extra outfits, a digital artbook and the soundtrack.

The extra $10 is mainly for fans who want the art and music. Outfits are cosmetic.

Pre-order bonuses

G2A lists two pre-order bonuses:

  • Treasure Basin: an accessory that increases Remnant Dust gained by ten percent, per the PBZ Wiki.
  • Legacy outfit: a cosmetic outfit.

G2A says both can also be obtained in-game, so buying after launch does not lock you out. games.gg lists the Legacy outfit among the four outfit rewards for completing the true ending route, along with The Hunt, Kindred and Blizzard. See our true ending guide.

Is Treasure Basin worth it?

Remnant Dust is the main upgrade currency and, according to the PBZ Wiki, there is no respawning farm. A ten percent boost while exploring adds up over a full run. If you have it early, equip it during exploration and swap it out for combat accessories before tough bosses. Read the Remnant Dust guide and browse the accessories database.

Which edition should you buy?

  • Just want to play: Standard. You get the full game, and the pre-order items can be earned in-game.
  • Love the art and music: Digital Deluxe, for the artbook and soundtrack.
  • Want a physical PS5 copy: G2A reports one is planned for 2027.

How much game do you get?

G2A estimates 25 to 35 hours for the main story and around 45 hours for a thorough run, with more than 30 weapons and 25 Phantom Edges. See how long to beat, our Phantom Edges database and our weapon planner.

Other FAQs

Prices are the launch prices G2A reported in US dollars. Regional prices and sales vary, so check the store before buying. We did not find official information about a season pass or DLC, so it is not covered here.
